First of all this place only has the one star so I could write this review. If I could give them negative stars I would. This is a horrible place to live. The management will tell you anything to get you to sign a contract so they can take your money. If you have questions or concerns you can never get anyone to respond to you. They take forever to complete work orders. And most of all when you move in they say there is a strict no parking on the street policy but they clearly do not enforce it. I do not feel safe in this neighborhood because due to jammed up streets with cars parked all over it, driving through here is extremely difficult and dangerous. Also some people will park directly across from your driveway so you can barely get out. This has been an issue for me since I moved in and for the past couple of weeks I have been calling management and they assure me they are taking care of the problem yet nothing is being done. Now im taking matters into my own hands. I have already called law enforcement, tow truck companies, the bbb and now im going to call code compliance and fill out complaints and get more and more people and companies involved until management of creekside decides to do their job. Anyone reading this who is also considering moving here please dont, you will be wasting your money. This is a horrible community!

To small of a space for that many people to be living at 1 location. You cant drive down the streets without being worried that you may hit another car because there are so many of them lined up on the sides.

The maintenance people come by and ask if anything needs to be fixed but never actually fix it when you say yes. Unnecessary amount of speed bumps in certain areas, also a lot of pot holes.
