My father received services from Dr. Nikolai Kinachtchouk while he was hospitalized July 2-17, 2014.  On July 21, 2014, his charges were posted in the computer.  On August 20, 2014, less than one month after the charges were posted, all the charges were written off as a collections account and he was charged a collection fee.  My father never received an invoice from this doctor for the charges.  Instead, he received a letter from a law firm on August 24, 2016 (two years later) because his unpaid account was referred to them for collection.  In those two years, they couldn't bother to send one invoice.  I've asked for documentation of the invoice(s) that were mailed to my father and they couldn't produce them.  How's that for great customer service?

So far a few years into visits with him, and seems to be very practical "common sense" type doctor. Does things if they make sense to do them, not over-prescribing or over-reacting to things without reason, but still reacting when necessary. Very pleasant and easy to talk to also. Would highly recommend as a doctor.

Staff gave awful service, I waited an hour for a meet and great. They had NO consideration for my time, and when I complained they actually kicked me out.  I would not ever think of going until the staff has been replaced
