As of now my contract ended the end of December and my key has not been returned to me!!!!  WHY?, after several times calling your office from multiple phones only to be hung up on, I will take my complaints in public forum, Better Business Bureau, Yelp, my social media.  Your agent, entered my condo and snooped through my drawers, how do I know, because my front door was being replaced and the lockbox needed to be removed, I had requested a no showing as my family was using the unit, it may have been under contract, but she should have contacted me, there is no right in someone snooping through my things, that is not part of the contract, also I had to tell her after being in my unit to return the air conditioning up, as no one is there only to arrive at my condo and my ac is set at 74, this cost me money!  then she wants to say she wasted $300 for advertising, well I didn't rent it for the summer my biggest money maker, so she could show it, then there is an email about an offer never a phone call, and she ask which title company for closing????? REALLY
