Loved working with David!  We were looking for a home to buy beachside in New Smyrna and were having a hard time on our own.  Once we started working with David we found the perfect beach house, less than a 3 minute walk from the beach, in the charming Silver Sands neighborhood.  David is knowledgeable, professional, and was always available to answer questions.

Knowledgeable, attention to detail, positive and stress free business. Communication is key and they are constantly keeping you updated. Its all about you and not them as they treat you with respect while getting the job done.  As a property owner I couldn't imagine anyone else handling my property with such care and respect as NSB Homes does. I highly recommend!

Told they didn't remember what I said if not over e-mail. Crooked place, stole my last month's rent when I accidentally overpaid. Reported to the Real Estate Board. E-mail me before you go with them, I'll send you our correspondence and my photos.
