If I could give 0 stars I would. Kindness use to be a great animal hospital, but now all the people that work there are nothing but rude. I made an appointment for my cat who they have seen before but told be they don't have record of him then told me they aren't taking new customers. They ended up scheduling him after I have said they have seen all my other animals. Got a time and I asked if my husband drops him off can my mom pick him up. They said yes, but then told my husband they don't do drop offs. Next I tried to get my dog who has cancer (they were the first to diagnose it about 6 months ago) a refill on his medicine, but they said they won't do that until he has been seen again and hung up on me. So I called back to see if I could get an appointment for him and they said they are booked out a week. I have been going there for well over 10 years for my small animals, but will never go back or refer anyone to them. Worst place to take your animals.

Kindness Small Animal Medical Center has the best Vet & Staff. They treat my dogs like there own. Very Lucky to find them when I moved up Nampa 3 years ago.

If you are not already a client here don't bother contacting them. I was adopted by a female stray cat who probably needs at least the basic vaccinations. Called to inquire about shots and was immediately asked if they have seen me before. As soon as I said no I was told 'the doctor is not taking new clients' in no uncertain terms. Receptionist needs to work on her customer relations and telephone skills. A little more patience with me on the phone and a referral to another vet would have been good. I got neither.

Good food. Good customer service. Good everything! 5 stars would eat again!

You can't get your pet taken care of if you are a new patient they do not accept your animals unless you're a current patient, go somewhere else if you've never been there before no need to waste your time
