My father was admitted to this facility in late November of 2017. The staff of ICU were very professional and helpful, until my father was sent to unit 1. We have set several complaints over unsanitary and lack of staff professionalism. During the night time the staff seems to disappear. I have spoke to Victor from administration, which was helpful in the beginning with my family's concern. Couple days later my had been unattended and his room was dirty. I called Victor to his personal phone and texted him images of the issue and did not bother to reach out to me. If you are bringing your family member make sure to have a system in where people can rotate to guard the patient. If you are not top of the staff they will do whatever they desire. Kerry the wound specialist was great and helpful, but again the issue is on Unit 1. The staff lacks on professionalism and meeting up with their duty requirements. Again if you are bringing your family member. Make sure to be able to have someone to guard the patient at all times and be on top of the staff.

My Brother in law was here. I have a neutral feeling about this place. The ICU nurses were great. Half the med/surg Telemetry nurses knew his condition and treatments and the other half did not. They lost his cell phone charger twice, once upon moving from one unit to another, and the other time straight from the room. Neither the RN manager nor the person in charge of client services called me back in regards to this. The security staff at the door were always very nice.

Kindred has nothing but Rude employees and horrible nurses. Do not take your family members here unless you hate them.

My dad was a patient from April 21- 28, a total of 7 days of superb service from this health care facility! Nurses were very attentive. The care was excellent and very professional. Patient care was their priority and made my dad's stay comfortable. Wait time was top notch, no delay of service. Response was as I always wished it would be. Awesome! Staff was great. And to all the disciplines that were involved in the care of my day, a big "THANK YOU!" Could not get any better care anywhere.

Called the hospital to check if a family member of mine was admitted. The lady who answered the phone literally told me "I don't know why you called here" and spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner. Definitely not what I would expect from a hospital. Terrible, unhelpful, and completely RUDE!
