The hospital is excellent!!!! I give the hospital five stars all the way! The security guards (rent a cops) are lazy (two young men) however. I needed to drop off a loved one whose wheelchair bound. The security blocked off the drop off area AND it was freezing outside. I had to wheel my loved one around the jackasses who parked their stupid “security” truck. If someone had a dire emergency, those two bums would be job less and on the streets because of the size of the lawsuit!

The hospital is OK. It's quiet. To a degree. Then they let me out once my aunt get there. The mental hospital section. They give you breakfast. You select what you want to eat

The most SHITTIEST E.R I've been to!!!!!! Sat in waiting area for almost 3 hours in severe pain, without being seen!!!!!! Some patients LEFT OUT OF FRUSTRATION!!! The receptionist had an " I don't want to be bothered or what the hell do u want" attitude!!! they need to do BETTER!!!!!

The details of my experience are too personal to share. I hope I never have to deal w them again. The receptionists and one of the quality control women could use some sensitivity training for starters. Unprofessional to say the least.

Yesterday, took wife doubled over in stomach pain and unable to walk erect to the emergency room. Others in similar condition. About four sick people in waiting room. No wheelchairs. Family had to hold people up. My wife collapsed during our registration turn. She asked for help going to the restroom. They brought a gurney, but took it away during the seven minutes we were in the restroom because "we didnt use it." They wanted my wife to go on herself on the gurney. So staff and I had to stand-carry her into the emergency area. The unfriendly triage nurse would not give her a gurney. She's the one who said "you didn't use it." The put her on some strange chair while she was in agony. Drew blood. Finally got into one of their dirty rooms with paint chipping on walls. Doctor came twice for just beyond the time I can hold my breath. Said bloodwork was fine. I asked what happened, doctor? she said it must have been a virus. Did the bloodwork show that? No, we can't detect a virus in bloodwork. So how do we know when people have the flu? Oh we can test for that, but it's a horrible test. Should have said: Uh.. ok. We have insurance, so we can go to a real hospital next time.
