Unbelievable, horrible experience. Basic traffic infraction court, supposed to start at 8:45 am. The judge doesn't show up and we're all waiting for an hour until a substitute judge shows up. When she does, they discuss all other matters and then recess. This is already after 10 am. Some of us have jobs. Completely disrespectful of civilian time. I know a Google review of a courthouse won't make a difference, but I just wanted to share my frustration. This place is how I imagine Hell to be.

Was there for a passport. I didn't feel any animosity from the employees here. I thought they seemed friendly. The process was quick, and I didn't feel rushed. 
I had previously tried to get a passport at the post office, but there was only one guy going through the applications and five people waiting in line. I tried again this week, but their passport office was closed this week. Go to the court instead of the post office for passports. (I went there around noon on a Wednesday btw)

Absolutely horrible customer service!!! The officers at the front entrance could not be more rude! Despicable service!

Needed to go there for my new baby daughter paper to have her passport. The place is small and was crowded. Not a lot of seated place. However, I was satisfy that I didn't have to go to Seattle.  The location was a big plus for me. We had to go through a heavy search when we enter the building, had to remove the baby from the stroller and had to get everything check (stroller, us, bags). Since there is a single line, we were slowing down the whole queue. Not a nice feeling.
