Zero stars wasn't available. They don't answer their phones and when you send them mail they lose it and say they didn't get it after it's to late. Try to fallow up and there closed or don't answer. Eventually they will process paperwork a year later. Yea I said paper work, their in the Stone Age. Then you will get to work with a great customer service center when you least expect it. Only cause they like sell it to a collector. Thanks Seattle Municipal for all your hard work.
Highly suggest going in person so you can really get a taste of how well they perform. 
pretty sure the harder you work there the quicker they fire or out hard working employees. All in all they suck at life and just another reason I hate Seattle.

They said my wait was gonna be more then 15 minutes and it instead was around 10.
I asked them what was going on about a penalty I had for sending in the municipal hearing. The really nice lady on the phone let me know the default penalty was waved. So I was extremely happy to hear that. She was very helpful and patient with me and allowed me to write down everything needed for the case. Let's hope the magistrate will be kind and knock down my penalty to a better amount.

Not the best experience.  Cold hatred bureaucrats that have no on the job feelings.  I'm glad my disability gets me out of jury duty as it puts me in the red for income.  Which can't be used as a hardship any more.  Got sassed at for being a no show.  Wasn't my fault all the buses were stuck in traffic and no one told me I had to sign in.  Was only paid for one day instead of two.

Didn't help that they wanted under educated hicks in a jury case they wanted me on. I was disqualified for having "An AA degree."

I also keep getting mail from the prior owner regarding their speeding tickets.  I've sent two cease and assist letters requesting them to update their computer system.  Still keep getting them.  I just write return to sender.

Was given a traffic ticket for expired tabs, which I didn't have. Someone stole them off my car. So I got back with them cause I had up to date registration, but because it was over 15 days, I was refused a hearing, and was now responsible for a ticket I shouldn't have received in the first place. Dishonest crooks, terrible institution.

if I could give them a big fat 0 rating I would. Worst customer service ever experienced. They do nothing to help you and it is basically their word against yours and you know you will never win. They feel it is ok to just hang up on you and instead of helping solve and unjust bogus ticket! Wish I knew someone higher up to take the problem to.
