Needed help finding an item. The 1st person I asked did not know where to find it but called a second person who located the item and brought it to me. Very friendly service.

Produce dept. needs a new manager. To often the produce is past its freshness and should have been disposed of days ago. For fresh produce at its best Colborns in Isanti has them beat by far. Why can't County Market in St. Francis take a few notes from Colborns produce manager and shape up the produce dept. So disappointing.

Prices - mostly competetive. Customer Service - above average. Gas Prices - comparable to other stores in the area. They also have a small floral department and pharmacy area.

Yesterday I walked in and they didn't have a product I was looking for. When returning today, I was recognized by an employee stocking that had seen I was looking for an item the day before that wasn't there, and promptly offered me the item from the back after just receiving it on shipment today. All while already helping another customer at the same time. Shout out to Lance for awesome customer service and attention given to his workplace!

Had to wait forever for our food. They took our order, but there wasn't enough help to get the food to you. The one worker was trying to do drivethro and get food out. She dropped our food on the floor and had to be remade. Our food was nice and hot. My brother got the new chicken parmesan. There was very little sause and the cheese wasn't melted at all
