Not going back anytime soon. Good at restaurant was not good. Phone did not work in room. Wife left a ring in room and went back to get later on and was not there. Front desk not very helpful. Wouldn’t be so bad but was her wedding ring. They had a lot of poor excuses. Said we’ll call. Almost forgot, went to get kids morning baths and cold water and tried to give. Shower after swimming at water park and that was also cold.

I give this place 2 out of 5 because it's a resort. We were offered water park wrist bands when we checked in. I refused them so we should have been refunded the resort charge. It was a typical standard king room. Cable was a bit difficult to understand. The bed itself was so hard I had to sleep on the couch while my husband had the bed. The price of $174 in the winter months was way too much considering I myself work at a hotel front desk n our winter rates don't exceed $101. The only highlight I had seen in the room was the makeup remover wipe in the bathroom. Oh and what you would expect from any hotel and resort, a FREE breakfast. There wasn't very many options n we had to pay extra for it. Also, no 24/7/365 front desk free coffee.

As a laborer that was staying here for work, it wasn't the best hotel. I am not a big fan of unnecessarily spending money I don't need to. Rooms that have microwaves are important to people that travel for work. Instead, you either need to go out for meals or eat at the mediocre and overpriced restaurant.

Water park fun but never no towels for hotel guest. Beds are hard. Rooms are needed updating. Views aren't worth more money to look at exhausts fans by you room. And see a frozen lake. City view would be worth just as much.

If you're on a budget for a wedding this is the place to go, but don't expect a amazing experience. The night of rehearsal we had to wait around for a half hour cause the "wedding coordinator" went home and failed to explain to us that we were on our own for the rehearsal and were suppose to get a key for the room we were suppose to walk out of. She also did everything for our wedding however she felt like. I had to hunt her down whenever I had a question or wanted something fix. The tables and chairs in the reception room were set up however and weren't how I wanted them. The chairs outside were also not set up how I wanted them. To top it all off I paid $500 for them to serve the wrong beer!! The water heaters weren't working in the pools so all my wedding guest got to swim in ice cold water. I defiantly wouldn't recommend having your wedding here, unless you're on a tight budget. If I could go back and do my wedding over again I'd go elsewhere!
