The staff is always very nice and if I have any questions they have the information right on hand with the pharmacist's ability to explain things so that I can easily understand. They are very professional and yet, very informative and caring. I am very pleased with their staff and services. They make sure you are taken care of in a timely manner and I like the idea of being able to get some shopping done while I wait if I just ordered a refill or new prescription. I switched from Walgreen's, who were not friendly to me and their staff were always way to busy and I would often be told the wrong information and they were often out of the medication I was taking. I am very glad I switched to Kings Soopers.
