Extremely poor. They used to have a great staff, been coming here for 20 years. And now it's gone way downhill. One lady is morbidly obese, to the point she wont even get up to check out a customer. The other older lady straight lied to my face about safeways policies and was doing everything she could to make it more difficult for me to get my medication.  Then the lady from the thornton store that comes down to help, made me wait an hour for my medication (that I've been without for 4 days now due to their judgments on why I need the medication, last time I checked, you're not a doctor...) because she didn't have the computers up and running when the store opened. And was very rude when I if it could be ready any sooner. It's been like this for awhile now, ever since they started changing the staff. It would be nice to have a pharmacist with a little bit of compassion and willingness to help.
