Kings was definitely a great time! The food was great the bowling was fun and the people were friendly and vibrant. Will definitely go back and we definitely recommend to friends and family! Not too expensive either

The worst of both worlds. Poorly maintained bowling alley, weak and overpriced drinks. If you want either bowling or drinks you can find better of either elsewhere. Lanes are so bad that you can't even bowl on them.

So went to kings back on Christmas with my brother that just came from Colombia to visit and a couple of friends. As soon as I got there I knew it was going to be a bad night. It started when the waitress came over with an attitude and didn't want to take my brothers passport as a valid id. So I called the manager over and he tells us that she told him that we had a picture on a phone as an id. What? She clearly didn't want to serve us. Then my friends get there and we get called to bowl. I go to get my debit card back that they made me give them to reserve my bowling lane and they have lost my card. The manager doesnt really care. I'm telling him that the experience so far has been awful and he just ignores me. At this point I'm already upset but I knew my brother wanted to bowl since its a "nice" bowling alley. I told the manager to let us bowl while they look for my card. So we go to bowl and our lane machine keeps knocking down the bowling pins when it goes down to organize them. The whole time the manager has not came over and apologize for anything. Finally we got fed up with the machine and the staff and the whole experience that we decided to leave early and not finish our game. The assistant manager comes out as we are leaving and tells us that the manager is super busy looking at the cameras so they can find my card and that's why he didn't come out. They then tell me at this point that my card is probably lost and that they would comp our night and they would call me when they find my card. The next day they call me and tell me they gave my card to someone else and that they would send me money to replace my card and coupons to come back and make my experience better. Well that was on December 23rd and now is January 23rd and I have yet to receive any money for my debit card and any coupons to go back. By the way the manager never called or apologized for anything that happened. Honestly worst customer service and experience I've had. I would not recommend people to go here take the extra time and go to kings in lynnfield.

The company I work for hosted their annual Christmas party here. From the food and drinks right down to the servers everything was excellent. For any company outing or just a friendly gathering I suggest you give Kings a try!

Love this place. Everything is made from scratch. Try the burgers. Elvis burger. And the apps. So good.
