MUST READ BEFORE GOING: If there was a rating lower than one star this place deserved it. The management at this location is extremely insensitive and disrespectful. Chris the "Marketing manager" tired to be helpful and tried to accommodate us. However, once Brendon the "GM" came to speak to me he was extremely rude and said there was nothing he could do to help. NOTHING. They promised special accommodations for my family as our father is disabled. Once we arrived they immediately retracted those accommodations forcing us to drive all the way home. They then refused to refund us for the gift cards we purchased. I would not under any circumstance recommend this place to anyone. From the management down this establishment need to make some drastic changes!

If there was a rating lower than one star this place deserved it. The management at this location is extremely insensitive and disrespectful. Filthy dining and bar.  Food was cold.  Drinks were weak.  Do not waste your money here!

Gave it a four because of the bowling. So much fun. But the food there is horrible. The appetisers were actually tasty, but the burgers and sandwiches and salads were so bad that we couldn’t believe there is anything worse.

Cyle and the rest of his team are amazing.  We had a small scheduling issue with our company bowling night,  and Cyle handled the situation like a true professional,  got us situated,  and we had a great time.  The staff is friendly and attentive,  appetizers and snacks are delicious,  as are the drinks! Cyle checked in three times to make sure everything wad going well,  far above and beyond what was expected.  Go bowling at Kings,  you won't be disappointed! Get there early!!!
