You American people complain too much about everything. Some of the complaints i see on here are just petty. I used Kings movers and my experience was great! All three movers that came were very polite and took great care when wrapping my items and moving my furniture to the new location. I didn't have to micromanage them as they knew exactly what to do. I expected to have a few items broken and also scratches here and there on furniture due to the move and guess what? One of the items I transported in MY car broke and NOTHING in the moving truck broke. If you have so much issues with movers then simply move yourself and stop all the complaining because I can guarantee you will have broken items if you did your own move.  I have moved myself before and it is awful.  My experience was very good and I would definitely use them again if I could get the same three guys that did the move.

Very unprofessional. And also lost my pan set and won't take coverage of it. And stated I said my lids were the ones missing that'd be a different story I can live without lids but for my lids to my pans to be here and not my pans?! Makes total sense

This moving company is a joke. The manager/owner is named Dewayne. I arrived at Fort Riley and the movers arrived the next day. Threw my stuff around like it was theirs. Dented my night stand, broke my bed, shattered the glass turntable to my microwave and didn't ever not once look me in my eyes, shake my hand or tell me their names. I call the warehouse and talk to a secretary who acted like her nose was in the air and she knew better then me. Get put on hold for a while then a man answers (still laughing) says,"this is Dewayne, may I help you?" I explain the situation and he says file a claim. It's not his problem dps will be there, talk to them. The next thing he does is hang up. Didn't give me a chance to say anything else. I've been stationed around the world and came to Kansas to have the worst move of my life. Thanks Kings for treating me like rotalty.

Sent in for a moving quote . . . 3 months ago. No call nothing. Got an email right afterwards saying I'd hear from them. Never did.
