Building is full of roaches and mouses.  Staff members are but, the building is. It week maintained, due to, most of the time, the community/ residents not keeping their environment clean.

Not in the condition advertised. Pests, noisy, evictions regularly... Ghetto. Dangerous elevator that closes on us. Rumbling dirty HVAC that is an asthma risk and they refuse to have proper cleaning done or to fix it.  Not secure because the doors are always broken and fobs are worthless. Pipes burst into my kitchen and I called 24 hour number. No reply. Slum in the making. Restrictive policies in comparison to other properties like paying rent at Walmart for two NSF. Laundry machines do not work and I still have to go to a laundromat. Bathroom tile missing, broken kitchen sink, loose door knobs, loose hinges, flat scuffy paint. The elevator has no certificate and doesn't work safely. Closing on people or trapping people daily. Please see pictures.

If you want to live a nice relaxed healthy life... STAY AWAY FROM KINGS PARK PLAZA.
First things first the leasing agent  is completely rude, confrontational, unprofessional beyond belief, deceitful and completely useless unless you want to be lied to, have your character defamed, treated like you are garbage, retaliated against because you want what your near $2000 rent pays for and not to live in a ROACH infested apt and be treated like a human being. I've been living here for a little over a year and while me and my family has lived here we have had our door vandalized by a man high on pcp in his underwear at 4am (the office did nothing he still lives on my floor with his mother), we've had an exterminator come to our apt every Tuesday since a month after we moved in (that's over a year worth of treatment for ROACHES) although we asked if they had roaches prior to signing a lease and they said no. There are roaches in my frig, in my toddler's bedroom, on the ceiling in the kitchen, all in the cabinets on my dishes and in my food, crawling up the living room wall, I have to keep our tooth brushes in zip lock bags so the ROACHES don't contaminate those, I had a family member over one day and her leg started itching & when she bent over to scratch it was a roach crawling up her leg. You know a problem is a major deal when you can't have company over because the ROACHES will crawl in there purses if the sit them down or on their coats if they take them off. That is no way to live. I'm afraid that my child will go to school and tell her teacher that ROACHES are crawling all over her home & her things, or a ROACH might crawl in her ear while she sleeps. You get the point... ROACHES EVERYWHERE. Then when you complain to the leasing office about your living conditions the confrontational unprofessional leasing agent will get an attitude and defame your character when you have every right to complain about deplorable living conditions, especially when they raise our rent $206 (from $1695 to $1901 plus utilities) and didn't notify me of that change until it was too late. The leasing  lady told me that she didn't know why my rent went up and that she would get my letter to the right people come to find out when I spoke to someone at corporate about it they told me that it was her &  the leasing mgr. They are trying to push me & my family out so we don't expose them for their roaches and shady, predatory and unlawful practices.  We have had brown stuff leaking from our bathroom ceiling and walls whenever we shower it is so freakin gross and I think it maybe lead paint and its definitely mold, there has been seven repairs on my shower and I was suppose to get an eighth one but I probably won't because right know they are trying to force my family out on the street by bullying us, trying to intimidate us, harassing us with phone calls from the leasing manager telling us that she can't get a judge to get us out in less than a month by she wants us out and expects us to be gone on the date she told us is a letter she delivered to my door with a PG county police officer and the property manager and she said that she was there to "serve" me a letter to vacate. The leasing manager told me herself that she is kicking us out because she didn't want to deal with us because we; me, my four year old daughter and my mate  were verbally and physically attacked  in their parking lot by their janitor. It was 8:30pm and we had just got home ready to eat dinner and but the baby to bed, but instead I found us in the parking lot of Kings park Plaza in fear for my life, my daughter's life and my fiancé's life all because Morgan Properties hired a drunk with a previous  record of assault. The Kings Park Plaza  janitor was verbally attacking us while my fiancé was carrying the baby and the groceries trying to walk away to defuse the situation and get the baby to safety but the janitor wasn't having it. He went after my fiancé and my daughter. He punched my fiancé while he was holding the baby. He still live here btw but the victims must go? Horrible
