I was in New York for the weekend where we lost our son's medical kit that contained his Epi pen. I called King's pharmacy and talked to Eugene the pharmacist. Not only that he was courteous and pleasant, but he went above and beyond to check with our insurance carrier for coverage to save us from paying the full cost (Especially that an Epi pen kit costs around $730!!!!! Which is absolutely ridiculous that a life saving medication costs that much!!!). A BIG Thank you to all the staff at King's pharmacy.

There is option for answering questions while pick up medicine where staff dont answer or provinding wrong answer and wrong answer in medicine could be risky.

Was told 20 minites for a prescription to be filled.   1 hour, 10 min later, I am still waiting.   Why? Because the pharmacist went AWOL.  Seriously, she went "upstairs" ... ???

This pharmacy used to be soo good and professional Years ago but now its just horrible. They hired all these new young people that have no idea how to work. Its so bad where everytime my doc writes me a script for my pain medicine which is a narcotic because me and my sis have sickle cell. Some of mine and her medicine would be missing which is highly unprofessional and strange. I always have to go back and have them re fill it or put the missing amount which is ridiculous. If my doctor writes me about 36, five or more will be missing. I always have to count it from now on before i leave the pharmacy or yell at them which i dont want to do because me and my family been using this pharmacy for years now. Smh you guys need to get it together you can get in serious trouble for stealing some pills. Especially narcotic painkillers.

Kings Pharmacy is a place where the workers know your name! A homey mom-and-pop store with great savings, this pharmacy is one of the best! I'm a regular in the shop, and have bought different medications here. The pharmacist has always helped me and answered any questions that I've had. They even keep the pharmacy phone line open 24/7 if you forget to ask something in store! Ron, the owner of Kings Pharmacy, truly cares about his customers and is always happy to see familiar faces.
