Gets the job done but there are better options, including other Duane Reade and Walgreen locations nearby that are superior. This store is cramped, dimly lit and a bit grimy. There is typically a long line to check out. If you don't work or reside within a block or two, check out other options.

I was just at the counter for consultation, acting pharmacist was extremely rude and not helpful.

this store  is good store i thought it is the other store on the back side of this the staffs are nice too

I been here a couple of times since it's near the SI ferry. The store is usually very clean, organized and empty. The lady in the cosmetic section is usually nice and asks if I need help. However, the cashiers are usually rude and slow...sometimes they just straight up ignore you. The pharmacy staff takes forever to fill a prescription. They said 15 minutes once and it took almost 45 minutes...at least there is a Starbucks nearby.
