The KIngsport Mall does not seem to be doing well. There are some gems in there including the Italian village, the nutty java, American Cookie Company, locally owned bookstore, and the Frank theater. 

Overall there's a feeling of impending decline especially with the Sears closing. I think they need to perhaps look at offering some attractive rates for local businesses to try to drum up some new, fresh tenants. I'd hate to see the mall fall too far into decline.

Ate at El Toro.  A lot of food at a great price. Not too many stores in this mall.

Sally's has wonderful creative gifts. The process may seem high, however, the products are quality and not everyday mainstream. Love  Walk About Sally's for gifts and personal items alike.

Nice mall. It isnt usually crowded. Needs more shops since theres a lot of empty spaces.
