Our family used to shop here regularly however criminal activity over the past two to three years caused a lot of attrition in the number of businesses that remain there now. It could still be made into a top notch shopping mall under the right management. Unless the people who have bought this property do something to increase the numbers of businesses that are there and see that the security is properly in place it is and basically has already left East Knoxville and Knox County without any kind of decent shopping center. We are hoping they will do something to make it a thriving business center again.

It's... Something. It used to be a huge, busy, popular place, but now it's a ghost town. There's a gold's gym in there for some reason, there's an adult highschool, vision centers, it's weird man. The food court is pretty decent, and there's a hot topic and Spencers and some sketchy place that sells swords. If nothing else, it's worth a visit just to say you've been. I personally love it, but it's unique to say the least

Too many empty store spaces. This mall could thrive again if the building and property were cleaned up and maintained. Need to bring in some reputable, reasonably priced stores to attract people of all ages.

It's a mall. It's pretty big. The day we went it wasn't terribly busy. We stopped to visit friends here and met up in the food court. Then went and had some really good coffee in a place that is near the food court. They didn't ask about my service dog so that was nice.

I wish there were more stores here. However it is a good place to let the two year old run around at.
