Apparently calling after hours connects you with someone who has no power to schedule next day appointments. I was told (lied to) last night that a technician would be out between 8-5 today. This morning I received a call to schedule an appointment for tomorrow as I was not actually put on the schedule for today, and no one is available. The employee today told me the after hours answering service can only provide emergency service. I asked for a manager to explain that I had been promised service today by the woman I spoke to last night. The manager rudely reiterated the "answering service can't schedule standard repairs" policy and no one would be repairing my AC today.

Had trusted that company for years until caught them telling me something that was not true. Was told if my air conditioner leaked freeon that it was required by law to replace it. I got on a HAVAC forum and naively stated what I was told. I had gotten on that forum for help in choosing which brand of air conditioning was good. The men on that forum told me unless I owned a high rise, that that particular law would not apply to a homeowner. I called them and confronted them. I felt so betrayed. I now use portable air conditioners and love them.

My new rental property had AC go out on hottest day of the year, naturally after business hours. I called them expecting to have to replace the AC unit. They were there in less than 30 minutes (30 minutes after initial call). And within minutes the AC was fixed. Just a capacitor, cost me $100 for emergency run (WELL WORTH IT) and $92 for the capacitor. You simply cannot beat service like that
