Continuing the legacy of Dallas’ Original Steakhouse, Est. 1954, Kirby’s Prime Steakhouse in Southlake, Est. 1999, is an Award Winning Restaurant featuring Mid-Western, grain fed, Aged Prime Beef. Kirby’s also offers Fresh Seafood, daily Chef Features, and a spectacular collection of New and Old World wine.

Great venue with comfortable atmosphere. Service staff was cheerful, helpful and professional. My wife and I both had the filet cooked perfectly. Finished our meal with a chocolate mousse dessert. Great dining experience I'm happy to recommend with 5 stars.

We come here all the time. I cannot emphasize it enough about how wonderful the food and service is here. We tried Perry’s and Del Friscos grill twice but it just doesn’t compare. This will always be the place we will go. Thomas, their sommelier, is outstanding. He stocks and recommends wonderful bottles of wine. We just recently celebrated my husbands birthday with a party of 18 and everyone was blown away at how perfect everything was. Our friends from Frisco says it doesn’t compare to any of the steakhouses they have there and they will always meet us over here from now on. Prices are also very reasonable. Happy hour is awesome as well. Love love love it!!

This is the third and last time we have come to Kirbys. They always make us wait a ridiculously long time for our table even though we show up on time or early and have reservations. The food is average for a steak restaurant but the prices are high. Today we waited far too long and finally we left. I see no reason why we should give them our business when so many other great steak restaurants are in the area (Silver Fox, Bob's)

One of the best steaks I've ever had. The lobster risotto was amazing. Service was terrific. We are definitely coming back.

Best steak in Texas! Atmosphere is amazing +live music when we went. Love to take friends from out of state here for a real Texas treat.
