The older gentleman with salt and pepper hair wearing a khaki shirt today needs to learn some Customer service. He was not very helpful to my grandmother at all almost rude even. She doesn't know anything about the bus and was asking general questions about the bus cards and he just kept telling her the prices are listed all there. The prices are listed all there as if she should automatically know where to find what she was looking for. Not everyone has knowledge of the bus system and you really made her feel like she was dumb Mr. Chris... I really do believe you need some training and to be taught some Customer service skills.

The place is not well kept and it's not clean the men's restrooms are not sanitary the men's restroom are falling apart and some of the security guards they seem to be too old to do their job it's a very unsafe and unclean clean

Not bad. They try and keep it as clean as possible. Have security walking grounds and checking on buses regularly, doing spot checks. Their via police response time is decent, if there is an incident, and local police respond to location as well. They are closed, national holidays, and put notices during such times for passengers to be mindful of any changes, both inside building, as well as on transit bus lines. And if you have a mobile device, and you are needing update with a specific line, you can open your map app and get update.

I was actually here when it was first inaugurated back in 2004ish, though time waits for no one. This place has been well kept. I began using this again early 2015 to date.
