Visited yesterday with my son (almost 7).  I think the model layout has significantly shrunk since the website was created and the stories on TV done about it.  I live in a 2200 sq ft home and there is no way the store and museum covers 2200 sq ft.  The model layout takes up maybe 500-700 sq ft at best.  There were 10 trains you can run by push button, and maybe 9 or 10 buttons to make various sounds and the trolley bell.  Both my son and I were expecting a much bigger experience based on the description and videos on the website.  Having said that, we did spend almost 2 hour there and the price to get in was reasonable ($5 for the two of us).

We drove an hour and twenty mins to take our 5 year old son here. According to the website this should have been a dream come true for our little but instead it was a horrible horrible disappointment!! They were closed even though the site said they would be open and it's for sale! We came from Maine so we sat in the parking lot desperate to find something else to do......so upsetting!
