Very friendly staff! Usually they do a good job!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff....especially Barb. Items are always completed on time or before. I have never had an issue with lost items or things coming back in a condition that is not acceptable. I wish it was a little bit less expensive to get large blankets cleaned but overall - much, much more convenient than having to visit the local Laundromat for those items! Drive through service is an added benefit!

The staff at the Fitchburg Klinke Cleaners is friendly and knowledgeable. My clothes are well maintained and always done on time. As an implant from another city (multiple cities), I am shocked by the prices however. It’s twice the cost to dry clean a suit here, and three times the cost to dry clean business shirts. Even though I like the service and they do a good job, the cost difference is shocking and the coupons have been hard to come by. Therefore, I can only give them four out of five stars.

Staff is always friendly, professional and willing to help in any way they can! The drive in area is an added bonus on those cold Wisconsin days. BARB is awesome and she always puts a smile on my face. Thank you for making an errand that usually sucks enjoyable. Happy New Year!

I have been using this location for well over 8 years now. Barb and her staff are always professional and friendly. They always use my name and remember to thank me. I can not say the same for a lot of businesses. I have never had an order that wasn't completed to my satisfaction. They even remember no creases on my pants:)
