For MONTHS I have been receiving calls from this place telling me I have clothes to pick up. I've never used this company. The person calling does not speak English well. All I could understand was "You pick up clothes". My response that I have never been there, and they have the wrong phone number, was obviously not understood, because there response to that was..."You pick up clothes?"

This morning I wake to a text with an image of a hand written note that included their company name, address and phone number. Telling me to come get my clothes.

The text was sent to 21 people as a group text, so now my number has been given out to 21 strangers. 

Not only does this company have extremely poor business practices, they have also violated my privacy. I have filed a compliant with the Better Business Bureau, and hope I don't have to notify the Fitchburg police department of the harassment that I (and apparently 21 other people) have been receiving.

I've gone here for years.  They are a great locally owned cleaners and tailor. Very helpful, friendly and fast.  Always attentive to details.  They have also hemmed my 2 girls prom dresses with great results and a very fast turn around.  I highly recommend them.
