I wish there were more stars to give KM Construction!  They were absolutely amazing.  They did the job fast and the workmanship is top notch.  Lucas was great at staying in contact with me and keeping me informed.  I would recommend them to everyone!!

We had KM construction do our roof.  We told them we needed it done by a specific date, and they got it done a few days early.  The communication was great!  They are truly a class act company.  I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing and/or gutters.

I couldn't be happier. Ziggy, Victor and team were awesome. Great communication, great price and the job is excellent. Job was done quickly and they cleaned up all their debris. I would highly recommend their services.

KM is a busy contractor. This is good, as the business should stay a long, prosperous time. We were pleasantly surprised when an opening came up  a few weeks sooner than we anticipated. We were also pleased that the job was 99%done in one day. The crew ran out of shingles for the last peak. The job was completed the next morning. As promised, the yard was cleaned up and one would never have guessed the roof had been done the previous day. It all looked as it should. KM did everything they quoted and answered in email. You can't ask for a more thorough contractor.
Five Stars were earned.

Ziggy, Victor and the KM team did an awesome job re-roofing for us and my wife and I are so pleased. I initially reached out to them because they hand nail, but I also reached out to some other roofers as well. By far KM was the most responsive and timely in all of their interactions and communications as well as extremely prompt in coming out for the initial re-roofing estimate. Several  other roofers I reached out too, not so much. KM also came in at the lowest bid. They were very professional, started on time, finished on time and did a great job cleaning up. I definitely will recommend checking them out. Thank you very much KM!
