We are a property management firm, so their performance can make us look good or bad in important ways.  Today, they came to a Board meeting with our client (who is the Board of Directors of the homeowners association) and presented photos of roofing problems out at our client's property, etc., on an ipad... it was very helpful.  So far, this firm has been responsive and professional and is getting things done at a high level for us, which is critical to our success.  We appreciate their efforts.

I don't understand how Peerless could get any negative reviews! We've owned a couple of "fixer-uppers" and are quite familiar with the home repair process. Peerless has helped us out a couple of times when other companies wouldn't even call us back. They are super polite, timely and have excellent rates.

This is the company you want to do business with.  After 18 years of living in the area and dealing with several contractors, Peerless has proven to be the best.  I've worked with them now for the past three years as they have made repairs to my roof...after a previous roofing company (no longer in business) did a horrible job 7 years ago and damaged my deck.  I finally was able to get a new roof and Peerless did a spectacular job.  I had top fight with the insurance company as they only wanted to replace half of the roof.
Showki has years of experience in dealing with Insurance Adjusters.  And once I was able to set up a joint inspection with the adjuster and Showki, I was approved for a new roof...the whole roof!
They saved me money a  few years ago by being the only honest company (out of three) that told me I did not need a new skylight.  Just a simple vent repair.  Brian is great to work with as he did most of the actual repairs the past three years.  
I simply would not use any other contractor in the area!  They are experienced, professional, reasonable, and do great work.

As the president of a large townhome complex I depend on the great staff of Peerless to take care of all our exterior needs. From roofing to siding gutters down spouts and all other repairs. It is not easy keeping all of our owners happy but Peerless always comes thru. If they can do this for us they can do it for you too. I highly recommend Peerless. Thanks Peerless..

If I was able to rate this business ZERO stars, I would. My mother called Peerless Roofing to come and check out our roof that seems to be leaking. A roofer by the name of Showki Badran came to check out the roof, and he literally took less than 5 minutes to evaluate the roof and said "I can fill in the holes in your roof for $300 bucks, but I need to do it today and I can't come back to do it later because I am way too busy". 

When my Mom asked if he has a guarantee for his services, he said,  "I am not going to guarantee that. You are paying for my expertise. I don't have x-ray vision, and I wont take on your problems." This is an unacceptable answer and completely RUDE! If he cannot guarantee his services, then what is he doing in roofing? We felt like he was just trying to rip us off and get some money fast.

Will never call them again for their services.
