Terrible customer service. They've gone downhill. I can't believe it. .....i got Christmas presents from friends & family and I can't even exchange them!!! Are you kidding me with this right now.???!!! My friend doesn't have a store card and doesn't want one. Apparently you have to have one in order to do an exchange. She wasted her hard earned money$$$ & time. I'm so sorry to my friend. I feel so bad for her and now I'm stuck with these gifts and she wasted her hard earned money and time all for nothing. Kmart' s gone downhill and don't appreciate their loyal customers. I'm never shopping there. That star, is a fake. They want to make themselves look good. They wouldn't post this unless there's a star. They're so fake!!!!! They really have gone downhill. Just goes to show their TRUE colors. !!!!! Dont trust kmart with your purchases.!!!!!

Good prices!!! Bad costumer service , I lost 1.5 hours waiting for my package, 4 workers helped me (Blanca clerk); 3 of them checked in a cabinet, then the manager (karen) checked the same place & found my package. I waisted my time 😠😠😠😠. I asked Karen , what will you do to compensate my time?; she said that time was loss looking for my package & nothing could be done. I couldn't believe I waited 90 min just to pick-up a box. Staff is not doing their job; they are just making up their hours. Customer service is HORRIBLE......

This store is the worst place to shop at. I was literally waiting for like 20+ minutes at the checkout after they told us to move to a different line and nobody ever helped me. After I walked out because nobody would help me one of the other cashiers in a different line was talking bad about me. I recommend going to Walmart instead. They actually have real customer service there, especially the guy with the cape.
