Switched to AT&T , best decision i ever made, i may pay $20 more but you dont have to wait half an hour to pay your phone bill since they have machines you can use to do that !

They take so much time to help one customer. The last time I went to pay my phone bill, they were two people helping one while there was a line of 5 people waiting for help and plus some of the people that work there are not that nice.

I went to T-Mobile with no expectations and walked out a proud T-Mobile user. With the help of Francisco and a little guidance from Christina I had one off the most enjoyable times purchasing a cell phone ever. Great job.

Excellent customer service! I purchased TMobile phone here and I have never left this place ever since. They are efficient, attentive, and excellent. They make sure that you get the help and attention you need. If the place is packed, they make sure that you get helped in the order in which you came. Great place!

The worst customer service ever!! And this is not the first time! Why don't they designate a person just to take a payment and not have to wait half hour to make a payment. Ridiculous!! I came in today and 4 people were helping one customer. Really people, it takes 4 of you to answer all this one customer's question! Time to drop you guys!!!
