It was quiet while I was shopping which was nice but some upbeat music would be great! The computerized cash register system crashed while the gal was scanning my stuff. She rebooted 3 times while I patiently waited and it still wouldn't work. I finally went to customer service to check out and it worked out really well because two people gave me their coupons and I got one of my own as I separated my outdoor cushions and pillows into three transactions. My patience paid off as I ended up with the $20 discount and two more coupons to use later. The clothing department isn't very exciting.

Not a fan of Kmart to begin with. But on rare occasions you can find a good deal. But if you have a few hours to spend in line waiting to check out, then this is the place to go. They never have enough cashiers to handle the amount of business. The cashiers they do have helping are never in a rush and want to spend more time talking about their life than checking people out. It would have to be the deal of a lifetime to get me back into that store

Awful customer service. Refused to allow an online purchase to be picked up by someone other than purchaser. My father, who lives in the mountains, bought a trailer and asked if he could have me pick it up to save him 80+ miles round trip and was told that it was against their policy. They said if he had checked a box for third party pickup when he made the purchase it would have been possible but since he didn't, it was now impossible to edit his order. My family will never shop here again. This type of customer service, or lack thereof, is the reason this company is going out of business.

I like this store.  Good sales.  Sadly understaffed.  The staff there does work hard, always helpful and friendly.  I miss the blue light specials they used to have.  Hopefully it will not close due to Walmart opening down the street.  Have shopped here for 20+ years.
