Horrible customer service. very understaffed even for a slow Sunday. Was looking to buy a nice headphone set . it was like one of the only two items with a security lock. no employees around finally went to Cashier at front of store. she called someone to get it unlocked. waited 20 minutes and then left when no one had shown up. this is ridiculous. never wasting anymore money at this store.

Only one checkout lane open - the line had at least 6 people waiting.  The cashier yelled meanly "customer service is a full service checkout!" After we had waited 15 minutes in line.  Understaffed and dirty.  Cheap prices, for cheap quality stuff.  We bought spring water that was disgusting and tasted like it had sat in the sun for a few days.  What used to be little Caesars pizza is now an empty shelving unit with a tarp in front of it.

It's Kmart. Most of them have seen better days, but it is ok when you need something and the store is nearby. I'm most annoyed by the gimmicky miles of receipts, solicitations to donate to charity, and the slow and crusty pizza place inside.
