Called 3 months prior to contract expiration and requested to not to automatically renew.  Guess what it was rolled over and when I call there is " no record"  of a request to terminate and now there is another year that goes buy.   very poor experience.  Find a reputable alternative

Been a customer for 10 years, ever since we built our home, perfect monthly payment history during all this time. For the first time in 10 years called the service, got hung up upon 3 times now, right as I am about to share my concern. Finally when I got through they want me to pay for service. Not right. They're about to lose a customer.
