deep at the register with workers walking by without concern.  Immature zombie appoc. T shirts not identifying employees well.  Poor description of what was offered on blue light special.  Store Wes clean, neat.

I'd give it '0' if I could. Cashier's are rude and act like you are inconveniencing them to do their job of checking you out. There is never enough people working or they will all leave for their break at the same time and leave someone new as the ONLY cashier for the entire store over an extended period of time.The computers/cash registers from 1990 freeze or if THEY made a mistake they act like its a pain in their a%$ to give you a discount from the posted sales in front of the items, only bc the computer rang it up incorrectly. In recent years, it seems like you are required to have a nasty attitude in order to be hired, no wonder they are all going out of business!
Best advice...AVOID at all costs unless you enjoy disrespectful young adults who have NO idea what work actually looks like...such a joke!

I was there to get a pop up canopy amoung other things. Absolutely no one there to help me get it into the cart...another customer helped me. They don't seem to have anyone in the back of the store anymore. This store has gone so far downhill since Sears took over, It's about to be buried. I got a couple summer tops on sale that I'm happy with.

How can a store like this stay in business? Higher prices and much less selection than walmart. (Though they do have some nice products in a few categories; hence the two stars instead of one.) Empty spaces on the shelves; the store always feels half deserted, as if they're ready to close down. Half of the employees are pleasant, but only a few of them seem competent. Checkout lines move incredibly slowly. Also it seems kmart is aiming for a trendy/cool youth-oriented atmosphere but to me the attempts are pathetic. Honestly i feel a bit depressed every time i shop here.

I try to shop here as a last resort. The checkout line is always way long because there are never enough lanes open. Brandon at customer service is great. He has been there forever and is always super helpful
