This place is local so I tend to visit regularly. Staff is always friendly. Only rating at 4 stars because like many fast food places they tend to mess up orders occasionally. Food is always good though

I don't go to McDonald's often, but when I do it is usally this McDonald's at the intersection of 422 and 419. The resteraunt is always clean and my order is always correct. I only have 2 complaints; number one, this McDonald's is not 24 hours like some others are. Number two, I shouldn't have to request napkins. If there is food in the bag there should also be napkins.

Kids are easily entertained, but consistency with order accuracy lacks.

The management and staff are very rude. Woman slammed my tray down in front of me when my food was ready. Wait times for food are crazy. Customer service is terrible. The workers need to be trained over again for their attitude. Dont have their mind on what their doing. Past drive thru experience was not good. Wrong items in the bag. Food cold. The iced and specialty drinks are great. But thats all. Wont be back.
