I went to put a layaway and I had to wait a good 10 minutes before anyone showed up to the department. He was not excited to work there as he was very vocal with it. Natasha at customer service was amazing!!! Happy, friendly, very energetic. Sad that they are closing though...

For the most part, all good. Except for the lack of help at the jewelry counter. Even after a page no one come over to help.

The store was clean, tidy and fairly well stocked with a wide range of products.  BUT what awful service!  We had previously abandoned our purchases in the store and walked out a few days earlier on a Saturday because of the long line of waiting customers.  Today, much earlier and on a quiet Tuesday, there was yet another queue and we eventually had to wait 15 minutes because only one cashier was on duty.  I won't do that again and may not even re-visit this store as there are plenty of other stores where I can shop.

The only Kmart store I go too in Arizona ! Two hours of driving is so worth it ! Been shopping there since I was a child !

Don't expect any customer service.  I was trying to buy plastic containers but couldn't find the appropriate lids.  I called yhe store from my cell, asked for help and no one ever showed up.
