This Lowe's was great, it seems to me that it is losing sight of customer service. I spend a significant amount of money there monthly because my husband loves plants as well as wood projects and he buys all of his materials there. We were there one night and he saw an employee on their way to throw out returned "dead" plants. He, loving plants, asked for them and they told him no. He asked to speak to the manager and the manager said no and tried to explain it's store policy and he reasonably asked if they were just throwing them in the trash, she said yes and he said so why can't I have them and she said store policy. She was so bent on policy that she wasn't being reasonable. They would rather throw it in the trash then allow someone who spends money there consistently to have a "dead" plant. They have two Michael's that work there, one in the gardening department and the other in plumbing, who have great customer service and the one in the gardening department is really personable. The manager we talked to (maybe even the management) is stubborn, inflexible and unreasonable. We will shop at another Lowe's in the future or the local Home depot.

I just left Lowe's in Casa Grande Arizona and Michael Matthew and Amanda helped me save the barbecue for my daughters baby shower. I live in California she lives in Maricopa City Arizona and Amazon should have had this exact same barbecue delivered to their house yesterday and last night at 9 it's still hadn't arrived. My husband said go to Lowe's because he's a contractor and he's had great service with you for 30 years. You guys rocked it even loaded it in my truck and made sure it was Secure with the bungee cords because my husband wasn't with me. You saved the day guys!!!

Employees knew where I could find items that I needed quickly and that I could afford. Great investment keeping employees and educating them to move forward.

Nice to be greeted and treated respectfully by employees. My only complaint is that Lowe's no longer sells. "yard art"!
