I called the law firm of Knapp and Roberts after our disabled son suffered injuries due to negligence at the school he was attending . From the very start Craig Knapp and his team were the epitome of what a law firm should be. They are professional ,knowledgeable and compassionate and they truly care about their clients and the unique needs they face.
They all were highly attentive and worked diligently for my son to provide him with the best possible outcome and in doing so they made the school a much safer place for all the special students in that classroom . They exceeded our expectations and we are forever grateful .
Craig,Dana,Sharon and David we can never thank you enough .
I highly recommend Knapp and Roberts !!

Knapp and Roberts Scottsdale office was the best to work with. Everybody was extremely professional and knew their jobs. I lost two children in an automobile accident and Craig did everything humanly possible to make sure the right actions were taken. I would recommend Craig for anyone. Without him, I never would have seen anything or had any answers. He took the time to get to know me and my family. You could see that he felt the impact of what happened to us, himself. He and his staff are kind, caring, generous and patient. Thank you!

Mr. Craig Knapp is a wonderful lawyer, he takes his time to know his clients. After my special needs brother tragically passed away, Mr.Knapp took his time to learn about my brother and our family. Mr. Knapp worked diligently to get my brother justice. Due to Mr. Knapp, our family was awarded a great settlement. Craig is a caring, compassionate, and very determined lawyer. He is the best!

My wife's mother suffered an accident at a nursing home through the facility's negligence.  The accident resulted in her death.  My wife and her two brothers retained Knapp and Roberts. Even though the facility quickly engaged in a series of damage control actions, Knapp and Roberts were able to cut through the obstructions and demonstrate gross negligence.  One of the tactics employed by the facility resulted in arguments before the AZ Supreme Court, which were won by Knapp and Roberts and set a new precedent.  Through vigorous and informed discussions, Craig Knapp ultimately negotiated an equitable settlement. My wife and her brothers will always grieve their mother, but Knapp and Roberts were able to bring a degree of closure to these sad circumstances. It's my sincere belief that Craig Knapp and his firm met and overcame daunting obstacles that would have left lesser lawyers foundering.
