I have used the Schill Law Firm now twice.  I hired Derek to assist me with a Criminal Case, 2 charges. He greatly eased my anxiety by appearing for me at the first hearing and greatly explaining in detail what would happen at the next one. He was always there waiting for me when I arrive at the courthouse, help complete all paperwork, and generally made me feel good about the process as we went along. Ultimately, because of Derek's help, both charges were dropped and the case dismissed. I would highly recommend Derek if you find yourself in a similar situation.

David helped me keep my family together!  When I was facing a tough legal case against my Ex I contacted The Schill Law Group, and they assigned David to my case.  He did a wonderful job, and helped keep my kids with me.

This law firm should be put out of business !!! I am contacting the state bar to report Michele Carlton, David Uhas and John Schill. Please be advised these people are liers and thiefs. They lied to me telling me they were doing there job, but were doing anything but there job to protect my daughter from the abuse she has endured after she was stolen from me ( her Father). These lawyers were threating as well as miss guiding !!! When ever I had a discrepancy about what they were doing, I would be treated with " you can fire me and find other representation if you don't like how I'm doing things" this is what I was told knowing Damn well I had no more money to seek new council. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. The arrogant attitude these lawyers display is aweful. My daughter was abused by the mother and neglected. These lawyers were unprepared and negligent in presenting the facts. Allowing my xwife to continue to alienate me from any contact. These people are clearly only interested in taking your money and showing up late to court with out a clue !!! That's Schill law group !!! A group of manipultive lawyers that abuse the LAW !!! Anyone else who hired this law group, please contact me. I believe a class action law suit should be filed against this company. John Schill needs to be held accountable for his actions and the lawyers he assigns to the case. John Schill is only focused on taking your money !!! The quality of representation is not a concern for him once he has your money. This is a fact ! Save yourself from the heart ach of disapointment. Schill law does bad business, terrible representation !!! As I review the current ratings for this company. I can clearly see the manipulation of remarks made by the comments from John Schill. How funny to see his response and accusations in response two clients remarks. John Schill likes to play the victim, instead of being a man and accepting responsiblility for your actions. His cry baby complaints of clients being a Bully and treating his staff disrespectfully is the tactics John Schill will imply about his paying clients. This is a clear example of his disrespectful attitude towards the clients that retain his services. The arrogance John Schill presents to his clients clearly shows how uncompationate he is. I have experienced the rude tone his Secretary takes with me when simply asking to speak to the attorney assigned to my case. As it is implied by John Schill in his recent comments that his staff should only have to tolerate so much. Nothing was mentioned in fact of how the staff takes it upon themselves to treat clients rudely and disrespectfully whether it's with tone, hanging up on me, or the arrogance produced by these staff members. This is unacceptable Behavior and I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. These are our children our family we are fighting for, the most important people in our lives,
