Recently I worked with Paul and his staff in redesigning my engagement ring.  The professionalism and patience showed by Paul was amazing. He was creative in making suggestions on designs that would meet my needs and never once rushed me in my decision making. I can't say enough about this wonderful "gem" In Newmarket! My husband and I had a great experience at Knappett Jewellers.  We received many recommendations to go there.  We went in not knowing exactly what type of engagement ring design I was looking for, and very quickly Paul was able to help find the perfect ring for me and explain all the various elements of ring design. The quality and brilliance of the diamonds are extraordinary. I receive compliments daily and really enjoyed the personalized touch given to use at Knappett.
