This Kneaders has the best customer service. I was visiting my grandparents from out of town and arrived at 11:10am to get breakfast, not knowing it ended at 11:00am. They had already transferred over the kitchen. We got raspberry bread pudding and cinnamon rolls instead (both amazing) but the cashier noticed we were disappointed and gave us a $20 gift card at the end of our meal for us to come back! Two days later, we got the yummy pancakes, French toast, AND cinnamon rolls AND bread pudding (they won us over on the bread pudding, so good). I was walking out holding a baby and my roll and pudding and dropped the pudding in the parking lot. A manager walking by immediately offered me a new bread pudding and promptly brought it out. I can't tell you how impressed I was! I'll come here every time I visit and recommend it to others.

Between the all you can eat French toast or pancakes, go with the French toast. It is amazing. The pancakes are good but... not as amazing as the French toast.

Not happy today with the service received here. I frequently order baked goods from here to take to functions and work. I made arrangements to go before work to ensure that I could get the product I desired since they are frequently gone by afternoon. Upon calling I was instructed I could only purchase 1 dozen not 2 of cinnamon rolls and I must order ahead. (Which I have done several times)This  was a last minute situation I couldn't have pre-ordered for.  Upon arrival I see they have plenty of product. Shouldn't it be first come first serve especially in a bakery?  Also I am in a service oriented profession and courtesy is a must which was lacking today.

Turkey, Bacon, avocado, is my new FAVORITE. The sandwich was PERFECT! I also fell in LOVE with their sugar cookies. They lost a star for charging us for extra sandwiches and then saying it was our fault. Other then that.... It is good food.

I'll be honest, sometimes The restaurant isn't always the cleanest but they offer the most delicious French toast this side of the Mississippi. Their sandwiches also include a good portion of protein and the pastries are wonderful. They also some knickknacks and gift bags however these can be ridiculously priced. Often, I'll purchase the bread and make my own gift basket rather than paying their markup.
