Parking nazis. Visiting family, can't park on street anywhere in entire community. Must use designated parking only, which is supposedly blocks away and unidentified by the management.

lived in this dump for 15 years until this past April Thank God my buyer moved the mobile home out of the park! This park has gone from being one of the nicest parks in the city to a plain ole dump. Currently, I am fighting management for the return of my deposit which i paid to WA Jones in 2002. Corp office asked me to provide THEM with canceled checks from 14 years ago, however I have been 3 times by local management that they have proof I paid the deposit. My lot rent went from 115.00 to 235.00 in 15 years, I was told that it was due to...cough cough....Improvements to the park. Whatever!!! I had to endure loud music, dogs crapping in my yard, kids on my property ( front porch), all night parties, drug usage, potholes and speed bumps that will take the bumper off car, illegal booting of vehicles, pooling of water that resulted in knee high flooding in yards, dead tree limbs falling on mobile homes resulting in property damage, etc. Do not waste your time dealing with these cheats, liars and slum lords. I gladly will see them in small claims court if I do not receive my deposit back.

January 4 2016, your right James, but it has been a little quitter, some, if it's not the younger ones playing the loud music, the older couple beside me now is cranking up loud music, it is for a fact the south of the border people they have let in here that has turned this park into a free for all, and they all park on the street, in the yards, they never get booted, speed up and down the streets, wild drinking parties all night keeping normal people up, we do go to church, people have jobs to go to the next morning and the are parting all night playing loud music, oh yes James you and I both would move in a heart beat but that is not going to happen, I have tried 4 times, no white person ever ask to see my house all south of the border, they cant speak much English and they tell me they don't do Banks, so here we are stuck n the little Mexico, good luck on getting out of the once a nice place to live,

This has become one of the worse parks to live in. They don't really do anything for the park all they are here for is to make money. I have lived here for 10 years and at first it was a great place to live but since the original owners sold it has done nothing but go down hill. One of the highest lot rent places and they do nothing to help the community. Went from 2 trash pick ups to one. Went from paying 150 month to 230 a month. They won't pick leaves and branches up like the old owners would they won't pay to have trees trimmed you can't have visitors bc if they park in grass or street they will get booted and it will cost $100 for removal. And you will get booted if you only have one wheel on edge of street if your thinking of moving here don't there are plenty of other places you can go around here that are in the same school district first chance I get we are out of here. Oh and the office managers won't return a phone call I have called and left numerous messages and no call back
