Kobe Terrace is a fantastic place to view the blossoming cherry trees gifted to Seattle by Seattle's sister city Kobe, Japan. While you are there, you can also take a peek around at the neighborhood community garden. Note that while most areas of this small park have paved ramped walk ways, the descent into the community garden is a little steep. I give 4 out 5 stars for this tucked away park as I find it's design limits visibility.

Very pretty when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, even more awesome when a breeze blows the flower petals around. The view of SODO is also quite nice. Kind of hard to ignore the unkempt that hang around though.

Really cute, small park and is perfect to escape to after walking around the International discrict and getting some sushi. It’s just a great way to end a day of walking around and exploring!
