We were shopping off a wedding registry. We pulled up the registry online on our phone while we shopped. We showed the registry to the cashier. She could not take the items off as not enough information was provided online. Manager came over and took my phone out of my hand to verify the information was missing from the website. After confirming the items could not be marked as purchased this way she told us the only way to get them off was if we step away from the register and go print out the registry from the kiosk ourselves. We then had to wait in line all over again on a busy Saturday. There was barely any customer service provided from the company that lacked information on their part. Bed Bath & Beyond provides a much better registry shopping experience!!!

I had ordered 2 dresses on line since we do not have a Kohl's where we live. They didn't fit so I returned them at their Bismarck store. That was the quickest return service I have ever had anywhere!! We also did some shopping and found Vera Wang selection on sale! Wowee!! I bought 4 blouses. My husband found 2 shirts he liked. So 6 items and only paid $156.00! We love Kohls!!

Kohl's sucks you in with their credit card, and now doesn't honor coupons that have been mailed out. "Sherry" at check out was nothing but fake nice....I asked if I would get my rewards points, she informed me it is my job to inform the store I have a rewards card, what??? What happened to customer service and taking care of the people who are buying the products??!!! Train your employees about customer service!
