I BOUGHT SOME ITEMS AND THE EMPLOYEE CHARGED ME FOR LADIE"S SOCKS INSTEAD OF MEN, HE ALSO CHARGED ME FOR OTHER 2 SHIRTS THAT I DIDNT BUY AND TO MAKE IT MORE UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE DIDN'T GIVE ME THEM. I CALLED THE 800 NUMBER TO SOLVE THE MATTER, THEY COULDN'T HELP ME , BUT TOLD ME TO GO TO THE STORE AND SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND THAT I WAS GOING TO GET MY MONEY BACK RIGHT AWAY SO I WENT TO THE STORE AND SPOKE TO THE MANAGER KAREN AND HER SERVICE WAS NOT APPRECIATED, SHE WAS RUDE, NOT EXPLAINABLE, I GOT SICK BECAUSE OF HER ATTITUDE AND CALLED THE AMBULANCE AND SHE STILL DIDN'T GIVE ME THE MONEY THAT HER EMPLOYEE TOOK FROM ME, ALSO SHE SEEMED TO BE IN A RUSH CHECKING THE TIME WHEN I WAS TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I DONT WANT ANYMORE BUSINESS TO DO WITH KOHL'S STORE ANYMORE, SOMETHING ELSE SHE TOLD ME TO LEAVE THE STORE. I BELIEVE THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT AND I DON'T THINK IT WAS FAIR FOR HER TO GIVE ME SUCH AN UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE, HER RATE SERVICE WAS #0 KAREN IS HER NAME AND MY ADVICE TO ALL OF YOU SHOPPERS IS ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPT WHEN MAKING A PURCHASE AT KOHL'S. ×RATE SERVICE FROM MANAGER KAREN #0 THANK YOU, UN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER DUE TO VERY POOR SERVICE RECEIVED BY MANAGER KAREN
