Staff in store is good but at the Starbucks it's less than helpful. Their espresso machine is broken or under maintenance half the time and they never offer you a coupon or anything for your next visit. The line is always ridiculous considering there are 3 other Starbucks in the area but of course you don't find out they have no coffee available till you've already waited 15 minutes to get to the front of the line most of the time everyone in front of you is target staff ordering for the rest.

They have updated the store over the last couple years and it looks very nice. The only reason they didn't get the 5th star is because their employees aren't the friendliest.

I got my poncho here. It was a very good poncho for its price. Sturdy and covered a large portion of my body, so when I went abroad, it helped me stay comfy and dry.

Called ahead to make sure they had what I wanted as it was listed "limited stock". They stated they had 1 left and told me they would hold it. When I showed up it wasn't there.  They asked if I was at the right Covina store and even called the other store. (It wasn't there...no kidding). The manager then stated somewhat condescending, "ma'am, no one put that on hold for you here." Yeah, I just felt like driving 40 minutes.
