Kohl's is a nice department store with a nice variety of clothes and jewelry and shoes Etc more upscale than Walmart pretty much in the same level as JC Penney's but a lot less expensive. One thing that is weird about Kohl's is there shopping carts are always difficult to find and they're not very conducive to actually shopping they're just difficult to use their very short and very deep and that's if you can find one. The parking is accessible with handicap spaces available. The staff are very nice and friendly if you can find one. So I just you know would give this place probably and 8 out of 10

Very nice customer service get in and out even on Christmas Eve in a timely fashion. They do have some good bargains if you look for the sale

Kohl's is top quality apparel, but that is the only reason to shop there. The housing accessories, toys, and jewelry are all a little overpriced. 
Very good service and not bad waits to checkout.

I love the store, but all the clothes were all jumbled up and the shoe selection is horrible. I'm in between shoe sizes and they don't have my size. But overall I love the store, I get all my clothes from there.

Incredibly slow service; was there during a very low peak shopping time.  Their process for returning merchandise is even more painful. Never shopping there again.
