It’s always organized. Customer service is always helpful. I can’t say I am a fan of the selection of clothes. I feel like the inventory caters to young tweens and women in their 50’s. Otherwise I can find more of my choice of clothes at NY&Co. I personally have a hard time finding clothes I actually like. I do enjoy the sales and 30% off. I get a lot of low key clothes from here. Depending on location, inventory does differ. The store on Staten Island does have better options.

I was looking for a suit. The department was a mess. Clothes was all over the floor. The pants weren't in the area of the jackets so it was difficult to match them up. I know the store is busy this time of year, and customers throw everything around. I don't know why they don't get some seasonal help to keep the department neat and organized. I shop here often and I never seen the store like this.

Store is overall ok to shop and easy to find things.. But it seems like staffing was reduced where some areas are neglected such as the bathrooms need a good cleaning, this is also due to nasty customers not flushing toilets. Some of the clothing racks, especially in women's dept are overstuffed with clothes so when you want to try something on, quarter of the stuffed rack falls on the floor. Clothes on the floor not picked up.. These infractions were reported to store manager and staff. We like shopping here and don't want to see the store get trashy..
