Everyone is so polite and helpful. I couldn't find shoes in my daughter size. I was checked on and the employee checks don back and online. They helped me order from the kiosk, explain the free shipping! And helped me make sure I got the right ones I had seen! One of my favorite places to shop!

I'm not really a Kohl's person, but I have to give them 4-stars for their efficient checkout area during the holiday season. Our Kohl's had a single line setup with a cluster of registers that the next customer went to without having to try and pick a line to get into that would stop the minute that you got there. We were well back in the line but still got checked out in less than 10 minutes. Nice job Kohl's.

Some of the employees need to be a little more customer service oriented. They need to learn how to speak to customers without sounding as if they hate their job. One in particular working the customer service desk needs to watch her tone and how she comes across to customers

Kohl's has pretty much always been the place I go when I need to pick up a couple changes of clothes. For the most part, the prices are typically middle of the road--not as cheap as Walmart, but better than going to a lot of the stores in the mall. They have a great selection from straight casual to business casual. Overall, I enjoy shopping there, but a lot of the prices seemed to be marked down really far, but in reality, you're not really saving much.

Staff was awesome! Especially Allison. She helped us find clothes for our teenage son and daughters. They loved everything we gave them!
